Are you a Circuit Trainging fanatic? Or is Pilates your thing. Do you have a training regimen that you use to burn fat or one that you've found that boosts cardio. Whatever your routine, we encourage you to visit the Forum or start a Group and share it with others.
Maybe you'll find a routine that sparks your interest enough to try. Heres one of our favorites:
SQUAT HOP LUNGE
Take 2 5lb dumbells and stand with your feet about shoulder width apart.
1. Squat while holding dumbells straight out from body.
2. From the squat position, hop straight up while bringing dumbells back to your side.
3. Lunge forward while bringing the dumbells straight above your head in a pressing motion.
repeat from step one and alternate lunging from left leg to right leg. Do 4 sets of 10 with a 10 second rest between sets.
You can work your way up to 6 sets of 20 or more. Do this once a day before work, at lunch or in the evening.
